FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TODAY?

If you have placed your order before 2pm, we can deliver the same day for all our local areas, just outside our local area orders need to be placed by 11am.  Please see our delivery tab for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME FOR DELIVERY?

All our bouquets and arrangements are wet packed to keep them fresh for hours, if no one is home, our delivery driver will make the decision if there is a safe place to leave the flowers at the property if not the flowers will be brought back to the shop and a note will be left instructing the customer to pick up from our shop.  If there are any problems with the delivery, we shall notify you of what has happened.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GIVE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?  

Please notify us immediately and we shall do our best to rectify the situation, however we may need to charge a extra delivery fee is the incorrect address is given.

CAN I ADD ALCOHOL TO THE ORDER?

Yes you can choose from our wine selection and add this too your order, however you and the recipient must be over the age of 18 years, our courier may ask for proof of ID before delivery will be made.

WHAT SHOULD I SEND TO THE HOSPITAL?

We recommend box arrangements for delivery to hospitals as they are easy to look after and there is no need to find vases to keep them fresh, try and avoid perfumed flowers, make a note in the comment section that these are going to the hospital and should contain unscented blooms.  Most hospitals would prefer you to not send plants.

I NEED TO SEND TO A FUNERAL SERVICE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make your selection, and make sure you let us know the service time in the comment section so we can get it there in time for you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT A PARTICULAR BLOOM OR COLOUR IN MY ARRANGEMENT?

Please contact us via email or phone the shop and we will be happy to put together your special requirements.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO CHOOSE?

Leave it up to us, just go the the florist choice selection, choose your price range and add your message, our in shop florist designer will create a stunning selection that will be perfect for your occasion and budget.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MY ORDER DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN TIME?  

Please give us as much notice as possible, the day before delivery preferably, please let us know if the comment sections any special time requirements that you have and we shall contact you if there any any problems meeting your requirements.
